Dolly Parton Imagination Library
We have over 100 children plus a waiting list from zero to age 5 who are enjoying a book a month to encourage reading skills and imagination – We are looking to expand this program
Lambton College Circle K Club
These are college-age young adults learning organizing and leadership skills. They have participated and assisted in many community activities.
Seaway Kiwanis Key Clubs
These are high school age children. The goal is to teach them leadership skills, self-confidence, and to become useful contributing members of society. This program is in four high schools.
Seaway Kiwanis Builder’s Clubs
These are elementary-age school children. They are learning teamwork, organizing, leadership, and communication skills. This program is in seven schools.
This provides education and assistance for children with kidney issues.
This invaluable program assists families of children in poverty to acquire work skills and self-confidence to secure job skills, acquire employment, and get out of poverty.
Seaway Kiwanis Breakfast Program
Concentrating on academics and learning is difficult if you are hungry. This program is in five elementary and two high schools.
Lambton Kent Agriculture in the Classroom
These programs educate children on where food comes from and the work and skills required to grow it. They learn that food doesn’t just appear in the store in packaged form.
This program is for children in grades three and four. It teaches math and reading skills.
Pathways Health Centre for Children
This program provides connections and services for families who have children with developmental difficulties.
Sarnia Lambton Boys and Girls Club
The goal is to help children develop healthy relationships with adults, teach leadership and cooperation skills, and provide good adult role models. Camping is part of that experience.
Big Brothers and Big Sisters
This program provides adult role models and guidance for children.
The Hub Rebound Services
This program provides assistance, guidance, and programs for troubled youth.
